Most pathetic, unprofessional service ever experienced.

The worst experience and customer service. My R19 000 lounge set was sent back twice due to springs popping and sagging. This lounge set is not even 4 months old. The consultant at Bradlows Richards Bay is absolutely unprofessional and should not even be allowed to work with customers. Feedback that was suppose to take 5 minutes never reached my ears 2 days later, and when I contacted her, she said " I forgot". Now that is the pathetic service you get after spending close to R50 000 in their store. My advise to all, stay away and dont go there.
