MORKELS SELLS REJECTS AND FAIL TO FIX THEIR GOODS

We bought couches from Morkels in October 2014. By December 2014 the couches are pealing and the 1 seater has even torn now. We went to Morkels to report the couches. The lady told us that she cant believe that Grafton Everest couches can be damaged. We had a call logged with the factory. I called the call centre in Feb and asked why there was still no feedback or some1 from the factory to come and inspect the couches and was told that the call was closed. I have no idea why. The lady I spoke to was so helpful in finding all the info from the Protea Glen Morkels and opening another call. She gave me ref MO-GE-***5-95. 27 Feb I called and was that the factory is experiencing high volumes of stuff coming back for repairs. I havent had anymore feedback from Morkels and am still waiting for them to come and take the couches. I would advise people not to bother with Morkels ever. I thought they were the best but after this experience I really regret going to them.
