Morkels reap off

Good day fellow customers

I had the worst customer service with Morkels and Bradlows , on telephone and in person. I had a 30 months contract with them,the payment was through a debit order.They were taking their money religiously on payday,on the 30th month they decide not to take their money.They then called on the 31th month telling me I didn't pay whereas my account has sufficient funds and it was their duty as a company to take their amount on payday as per our agreement. Now by balance has ridiculous charges +R500 . I called to ask why they are over charging me and they told me it's my responsibility to pay them , yet throughout I've never experienced such. It is not a coincidence that VAT is going up and they are taking advantage of the situation. The supervisor just told me to pay,she didn't care what I had to say. Fellow customers especially black people these companies are reaping us off ....be woke
