Morkels Parow making empty promises

I bought a laptop bundle from Morkels Parow, paid cash. A week later the laptop is broken, up to date no reason to why a brand new laptop is broken. I went into the store to collect my money, was told that the issue will be dealt with by Head Office who will transfer the money into my account. Tuesday i called, was told Andre the branch manager will attend to it. Today is Wednesday, no feedback until i followed up. I called 3 times and was cut off. Yolande who told me on Saturday that the money will be in my account on Monday, transferred me to Andre and i never got hold of him as i was cut off every time.I called Joan who originally sold the laptop bundle to me, told me Andre is in a meeting with the union people and promised he will get back to me in 10 minutes. i called back after 10 minutes and was put through to Andre by the receptionist (he was according to Joan in a meeting) I eventually spoke to him and he promised, the money that was supposed to be in my account on Monday, will now be paid into my account before the weekend. Apparentley head office is busy processing the money. Bad bad for service this as each one of the people i spoke to told a different story.
