Morkels Maponya Mall and Defy Fridge Most awful service ever!!!!!

On the 16/03/2016 I bought a Defy fridge at Maponya Mall for cash. Same day when the fridge was delivered I realized that the water dispenser for the fridge was broken, I then immediately phoned the store on the same day to inform them. They told me they were going to send a technician from Defy to fix it but no one came. I kept on phoning them and they kept on telling me they are attending to the matter. On the 27/04/16 a technician came and brought the wrong door without a handle and without a logo, now the upper part of the fridge looks different to the freezer below. This is horrible as no one is prepared to help me. I ask Lebo who is the manager at Morkels that they must come and collect the fridge so that I go and buy the fridge somewhere else. This is very frustrating!!! when I think that I paid with my hard earned money in return for a DYSFUNCTIONAL UGLY FRIDGE!!!!!!
