Morkels Management & delivery guys bad attitude

I bought a lounge suites and Firenze kitchen scheme from MorkelsBradlows in Pinetown in the beginning of December 2014. Lounge suites was delivered first and kitchen scheme was delivered a week later both these goods were left on the road because the delivery guys told me I had to hire people to take my goods to my door step. I reported the delivery guys to the store managing in Pinetown and he said unfortunately they do not have info of the delivery guys as they work in the warehouse. When I unwrapped the kitchen scheme I found 3 of the five pieces were faulty I reported via customer care and they referred me to the branch where I bought it. They brought me another kitchen scheme to find it was faulty as well and I made them go back with both, this time they were able to come into my house because they were taking their goods. 3rd of March one of the delivery guys called in the morning from the warehouse he was coming to deliver my kitchen scheme I told him if he will leave it on the road he must not bring it. He told me his contract says so and he will do accordingly, I than asked to speak to his manager who said he will look into the matter but NEVER DID still no kitchen scheme.
