Morkels has failed once again!

On the 15th of March I finally received a response from Morkels by Veni byers who provide soothing news that Morkels would investigate my complaint further and deliver feedback to me soonest regarding reference number ***. It is now 28th of April and not a word from Veni byers or from any employee of Morkels. Morkels has once again proved their incompetence by demonstrating poor customer care services and filling the cup of promise with nothing by emptiness. This company has given me headaches from the first day of purchase and grief beyond limits. Morkels you betray everything to claim to stand for! I expect an immediate response from Morkels otherwise further legal action from my side will follow!
