morkels does the run around

on the 16/04/2015 my mother bought an Aladdin 3pce lounge suite to the value of R26,315.75. upon delivery the delivery men damaged one of the sofas and was returned at a later date. its been 5 months since the sofa was taken and even today they haven't returned it. we called so many times and all they tell us is that it will be delivered soon and that they are still manufacturing it. we see the sofas in the store and ask if they can just give us the one that they have and they tell us that they can not and that the sofa has to be manufactured on its own.my mom is getting old and she has a weak heart and its gotten weaker since this happened. we want the sofa back or morkels should just come and take the rest of the lounge suit and refund my mum her money back.
