Morkels bad service

I bought a set of couches at Morkels in July 2015, last May I went to store to complain as it was already giving me problems getting toned, They said to me they will send their driver to pick up the couches to be fixed after a month they came to pick it up and it only came back in July and used it in November I started to realise that when you sit it was making spring noise and where you put your arms the sponge just goes inside I went for store to complain and they gave me a number to phone as the lady was busy I phoned there with no help every time when I phoned they would tell me the Lady she is not in or busy, I went to store again and I was given the Head Office number which I have been phoning and nobody picks up I'm just tired of their bad service I want them to give me new couches, please help me Hello Peter
