Morkels and MBD

Hi, I had an account with Morkels some years back, i took out a policy with called (Retrenchment benefit policy) incase i get retrenched the policy will act on my behalf, i gave them the retrenchment letter, only to find there's a collection company still saying i'm owing Morkel's, the name of the debt collection company is MBD, Please help me to sort this problerm out
