Missing wall units

On the 22nd of October 2015 my grand parents went to Bradlows to purchase a kitchen wall unit for R30000 at your stores and they were promised that cupboards are going to be installed around our kitchen only to find that the promise has not been met as two portions or cupboards that were agreed on has not been done by the technician who came to install the cupboards.<br> <br> Please urgently advise as this money has been payed upon by my grandparents is pension money and they not satisfied with this deal at all.
