misled to increase sales

I was misled into buying a Dstv Explora that costs R1700.00 without installation when I was told that it had full installation. Its a *******, because I could have bought it else where with the same price and with full installation now I'm supposed to pay a R1000.00 more just for installation, that's ****. I'm really mad I mean that's not a way to increase sales and the manager there had nothing to say about my complain. I laid a complain also with head office, unfortunately that too didn't help, its now been a month since I laid the complain, the only thing I was told is that the matter will be escalated to management.

I should be returning if I could now the problem is that I had already activated the serial card.
