Misleading information

I bought a couch at bradlows due to financial constraints i went on debt review.they handed my account over to drex where i have been making payments. Suddenly im done paying the account it was now on zero balance they come back and say im owing 15000 where from heaven knows if this is not ******** people off their hard earned cash i dnt know what it is
