Misleading and unprofessional staff

I approached the bradlows city view two months ago for the purchase of a lounge suite, of which I received a confirmation that a lounge suite will be kept aside. Today I receive a call stating they out of stock.

This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

This is against the provisions of the consumer protection act for the sale of goods.
