i Have been a bradlows customer since 2022 and have an account been paying them monthly. Then boom in April i decided to notify them on whats happening in my life. Then now they are telling me i am in arrears for December. We are in May now but they are telling me i am owing them for December woe same people who are debiting me monthly without fail. Today i got a call from an incompentent agent who said am owing for April am like are u for real? I asked her to agree on record am really owing that amount and she put me on hold for close to 5min and dropped the call. Why is Bradlows trying to **** me. I will not be ****med by anyone
