worst furniture store ever, i ordered a soundbar and TV online which i cancelled prior from delivery, surprisingly the sound bar got delivered i than called Puleng asking what happened that girl is one of many bradlows consultants who wasn't trained properly or maybe its because she got her commission now i must deal with the debit order, the bar was only R1300 on a revolving credit for 12 but i was debited R414 i've been calling from last week but no one want to assist, the consultant will say please tell me the reason for you call when you explain they pick up one word and then tell you that is not for us but they haven't heard the full story, i don't know how many people i've called you are the worst, ***,***, ***,*** etc,i ve been calling all these number but none of them can see my account or say what i'm paying for i've been pass from one number to another mind this was cancelled, i wouldn't ever recommend your shop to anyone and i've had bad reviews of you but with the hope that you've changed i bought something no knowing i'm putting myself in hell alive
