Mattress

I would like to complain regarding the Sealy bed I have bought from Bradlows.

I bought the sealy Salvatore bed Desember 2020 at Bradlows. The mattress has been replaced as it was faulty. I am now sitting with another complaint from the new mattress that I have received in January.

My material is starting to tear? I do have a mattress protector on the bed and it is taken very good care of.

Please assist.
