Managers goes the extra mile

Good day. Today I would like to give a BIG thankyou to Mr Martin Labuschagne (area manager for the Vaal area) and Santa Smit (manager of Bradlows Market ave Vereeniging). These two people went out of their way to give good customer service and went the extra mile to keep their brands name high. We bought a lounge suite from the Market ave store of Bradlows in Vereeniging. Just before the gaurantee expired the 2 seater broke. After many ups and downs and poor workmanship of the repair department, they decided to give us a brand new set. Even in tough times of Covid and the passing away of Mr Labuschagne's father, they kept in touch with me and made sure I was happy and in touch of the process.
