Manager said i must be patient like everyone else

I have bought the Belvedere wall unit on 21 december 2015 as a gift to my wife for Christmas and the promised to deliver my goods on the 24 December 2015 ,even today my goods not delivered and when i call and visit the store the manager said \you must be patient like everyone and must know ore ke December".Every today i have to call Bradlows Giyani with my money and i have unnecessary spend more money.please assist"""
