Management treat staff in a despicable manner

I'm really not impressed with the way Roweda or Rowenda from West Street The way she was shouting at the staff in front of customers,even if they were in the wrong to belittle them like that,it was unprofessional ,I ended asking the cashier if there is no office upstairs she said no it's a storage ,and this is not about because Rowenda is Indian and the lady and gentleman are black it about the manner of which the whole situation was handled ,personally I wanted a washing machine but after that hell no I rather but from another store ,the poor lady was holding tears when I was thanking her on how she served me yesterday. Staff can not be degraded like that no matter what your position is I was so disappointed and disgusted. No matter what they have done the should be disciplined I agree not in front of customers .
