LYING TO GET A SALE

<p>i signed up to Sofas and Bradlows on the 31 December, when i got to the store the Sofas original price was R33 999 the sofas where on sale for R29 999, when i spoke to the sales consultant ( Petric) in the Alaxandra branch, He told me that i will pay R29 999, seven months later i get a statement. when i got to the store to inquire the Manager said its my word against Petric's word, Plus i have signed a contract. i asked him to show on the contract where whats my total amount which is R59 999 .... so that means i will be paying double the amount of the sofa. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!..... NOT ADVISING CLIENT ALLL THE RELEVENT DETAILS ABOUT THE SALES. then i call the head office Bongani from Customer care tells me i signed a contract , there is nothing he can do. </p>
