We purchased an crafton everest lounge sweet in the bradlows lydenburg store in January 2015 for R25000.the stores clerk promised that it is a good quality leather set and when repairs is needed it will be done at my house.after the first month the double seater couch back came loose and we logged an complaint they fetched the set and only returned it 7 weeks later. The second time we logged an complaint 10/06/2015 only to redo the complaint 02/11/2015 because they did not react on the first one. They collected the 3 seat couch and 2seat couch for repairs on the7 th November 2015 and till now i did not receive it back. The single chair is also cracking (not leather). Out of 52 weeks i only had the pleasure of this lounge sweet for 34weeks even longer if you take note that the suite is still not returned.
