Lounge Suite

<p>My name Thobani, i bought lounge suite in November 2017, at Bradlaws Festivall Mall. I went to the store on the 10 January 2017 to report that one one sofa(leather) is crecking like someone has been cutting it. I took the picture show Thabiso the Branch Manager, he told me he has lodge the call to one of thier Agent that goes to house, The Agent name is Solly his number is ********** 091. I contacted him he schedule to come to our house four time he never show up, I went to the store more than five time to make follow up again nothing happened. Today I contact the head office and I spoke to Patrick at client service he mention that no job or records was made in January for my complain. My Store Reference is ********** 4, while we were on the phone Thabiso drop the call. The sale lady said the Branch Manager said I can do whatever I want to do about this complain. This is the worse service I have ever receive at Bradlows Festival Mall from the branch manager</p>
