Lounge suite

I am so disgusted. My lounge suite of R19000.00 and i paid cash started peeling of on the material. Morkels Graaff Reinet send it back to Port Elizabeth. Morkels did not want to replace or fix the material. They sent it back to me . On receiving the suite it had more damage due to transport problems. I sent it back to Port Elizabeth and now its a battle to get it fixed. The warehouse is prepared to fix their part caused by bad transport but Morkels and the manufacturer does not want to fix their part. They keep telling me we did not treat the suite correctly although we used the products that we bought from them. The set consists of a 3 seater and 2 seater bench plus a kickout chair. What i cannot understand is that the material on the 2 seater bench has not peeled at all. It is still in a very good condition. Morkels cannot explain to me how it is then possible for the 3 seater and chair material to peel of. It has been 5months and still no feedback from them. I am the client and if i do not call or contact them i simply do not get any feedback. Who can help me PLEASE??
