Lies,lies and lies at Bradlows

I bought a bedroom suit on the 27 of December 2017 at Bradlows, Bizana branch. They promised to deliver in 3 days but i had to call them after 5 days only to find that the that showed me was damaged. The manager said he is waiting for the approval to hire trasnport which ddnt go well becoz when i called again they told me on the 15th of January they will receiving new stock then i will be able to get my furniture. Sad news is that until now i have not received my bedroom suit. When i call them they say they will call in few minutes but they never call
