less than zero stars

I bought a lounge suite less than a month ago, paid cash for it R26 000. the quality is so poor it is already broken. i send a message on Facebook they advise me there is nothing they can do I must report it to the store where I bought it. How about you show your customers a little curtesy and actually assist. come collect your *******, replace it or refund me and you avoid a lawsuit!
