Leather Couch for R24000 is pealing off after 3 years of purchase

We bought a corner couch 3years ago and the leather started ro turn grey in color. I have contacted their Customer service during March 2020 when lockdown started.

Bradlows advised that they will assist after Government allows them to work.

Few months later. They took the couch to their warehouse for a period month. Only yesterday l was advised that l need to pay R7500 to repair because the Warranty. I have requested a gesture of goodwill bcs we paid R24 000 for this couch. It can't be pealling off as if it was R10 000.
