Laybye cancelation-Bradlows Grahamstown

I made a laybye in Grahamstown-Bradlows then in December canceled the laybye, We completed a form for cancelation that was the Fisrt of December and was promised will get my full payment after 7 days.

To cut the story short Today is the 3rd of February haven't received my money. I am furious & angry right now. Called spoke to a lot of people in the shop nothing is happening. Even the Store manager is aware of my situation he promised to call back since. Nothing. They are doing nothing nothing nothing.

They don't care about customer service. I hope someone from the head office of this store can help & get my money ASAP.

NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. THE SHOP DESERVES TO BE CLOSE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AS LONG THEY HAVE OUR MONEY.
