lay-by money not refunded

<p>Made a lay-by 4 a fridge 4 12mnths last payment date ws told it ws gna b delivered by wednesday bt shortly i got a call sayin dey no longer hv da fridge anymore,i made a lay-by cancellation cos it ws not my fault nw dey refusing 2 pay me back dey sayin i shud go 2 da lawyers 2 get my money back,poor poor service u guys must close business period n stop robbing ppl of their hard earned cash wth yo lay-by no more shopping der!</p>
