Lay-by= bye bye money

<p>So I decided to purchase the HISENSE H670SG-WD 516L SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE FREEZER WITH WATER DISPENSER DREAM GOLD that was on special in December 2016 from the Bradlows in Pretoria on Andries street on lay-bye for 6 months - I kept my end of the bargin and even settled the remaining balance before the end of the agreement - when I went to collect I was rudely told that the product had been discontinued months ago and they didnt have any stock.</p> <p>I asked why I wasnt informed the moment the product was out of stock the moment they found out - no response, also asked if I could get my money back or be given an alternative product - I was told neither would not be possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain how this possible? how is it that I can not be given my money back? why would you advertise falsely? why would you not offer me an alternative? why be so rude? </p>
