Launce suite.

I feel verry frustrated I keep on phoning, and they keep on refiring me to the customer care services and then to the furniture shop in Secunda as I bought a launce suit from Secunda Bradlow's last year I didn't even had it a month then they had to repair the 2-seat bench. And know the bench is doing the same thing over again. I have reported it to them in February they have send me a repair log with JD Service Centre on the 8th of February and nothing has happened yet.
