Kitchen Unit

<p>Im very much disgusted by your service at Market street Johannesburg barnch(Bradlows).I bought a black and white kitchen unit on the 24th June 2017 which was R11000 and I was charged a delivery fee of R500.00,consultant that was assisting me was Jabu,I was promised that the kitched u nit will be delivered within 48hrs.Until today nop delivery has been made,I have been making several phone call to the store about this matter and I have been given stiries which were not mentioned when I bought the unit.2 weeks ago I foned themand I asked for the cancellatiokn of the sale and asked for my money back ,now im being told that I wont get my money because my names differ,according to my ID book my name iis Ntombazipheli and my call name is Azi which also comes from my first name.I mean this is my money I worked very hard for it.why didnt they tell at the point of sale all these stories. </p>
