Kitchen suite done wrong

I bought a kitchen suite cuz I liked what I saw.I was told I only had to buy a stove as an extra piece but on the day on installation they left without putting the double sink I had chosen.as I was at work my mom was present and she was harassed and told to go out of her own house n come back when they are done simply for asking questions about what they were installing and one of the workers who had a severe skin condition of continually scratchings his whole body.it looked contagious. They were unprofessional and rude and inconsiderate for even bringing such a person to work where there are kids around.as it is I have no sink and an uncurved counter and glue all over.there is a missing cupboard which I was told would be installed when they made the appointment to come for installation. I reversers my debit order for the first payment due march.I was told by the manager to get my lawyers.its been two months and I even reported it on the customer line but nothing is happening all I get is calls from the GD collections asking me to pay even when am not aatisfued.I need this attended to n sorted if really this is not what Bradlows is all about.I will never tolerate ************
