KIC metalic fridge

Bought a fridge from Bradlows in Rustenburg. They didn't have stock. I was told by the store manager to take the damaged fridge and when they get stock they would replace it. 6 moths later they came to my house relacing the damaged door only. That door is out of proportion, doesntseal and is freezing everything. Contacted HQ said I should lay a complaint with the store it was purchased from. The guarantee has expired now....however the complaint was laid before the fridge was delivered to my house. Please assist me in getting a new fridge as promised by them
