JD WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

JD Group ,their warehouse in Richards Bay is awful,should be closed down to be honest.Their delivery guys,who deliver goods around Esikhawini township are very rude,disrespectful.They forced me to fetch them from the main road,while I giving the directions,they insisted that I(THE CUSTOMER),had to come to them and pick them up from the main road.Before they actually offfloaded the goods,they made me sign the delivery slip,without me having checked the goods if they were in good condition.

Thereafter they refused to unwrap the the goods,and they told that "time is money" they are leaving.I then requested to rate them (their service) on the delivery form ,the driver refused to give the chance to write down how I feel about the service I received.I tried to call their customer care ,they were worse,I WAS TRANSFERRED FROM ON DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER.I AM NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH SLEEPMASTERS(JD GROUP).
