<p>Customer service really sucks in Westgate mall morkels ( bradlows) Jd group. Furniture which is still under guarantee , pedestal drawers coming loosen,cupboard drawers that loosen.we logged a complaint at morkels and the manager of the store jaunita was rude and discriminating said she only wanted our money and that she can't help us to fix our problem, she even discriminated against the Muslims,as a shop manager she should be helpful in anyway but even the staff of Westgate mall is impolite and rude.i have requested a refund on my furniture and the manager said to **** out her store.i URGE All FELLOW SHOPPERS NEVER To Deal With MORKELS In Westgate Mall MITCHELLS Plain.At the moment I'm sitting without my refund and furniture </p>
