I've lost hope in Bradlows

My 2 seater couch has been in repairs for 4 weeks now and still no sign of it being returned to me. The 3 seater I sent in for repairs took a mere 2 weeks and was a recliner which I thought would take a month mara a smaller couch takes longer to fix wow!
