I bought a bedroom suite that I paid the lay-buy in full for on the 20/12/2024. I only received the suite first week of January after I had to repeatedly call and ask for delivery. I called immediately on the delivery day after I learnt they delivered the suite in boxes to ask when will it be assembled. They said they are sending someone (Bradlows Greenacres) and I have called both store and contact centre and to this day, almost a month later it is still in boxes I have run out of money calling them. They called me last Thurday saying they are sending someone out on Monday and today it is Wednesday and I have no airtime to call and find out. I have a 1 room apartment and this has made it difficult for me to move around the room as the boxes are so big and they are taking all the space. I havenʻt seen the products and cannot attest I got them in good condition because they are covered. This is pathetic now. If there were negative star ratings, Iʻd give them -100
