Irritated-Laybye

I paid my laybye last week 25 November 2023 and to this date I haven't received my furniture, mind you I took it for 12 months but only finished paying it within 4 to 5 months, the lady by the name of Emie Mahlangu in Festival Mall store is so *********** and I am still waiting for her call and her manager, they couldn't change the address on the system and they keep referring to tembisa address, I am so passed that I had to wait another week going to the 2nd one waiting for delivery, all I get is messages that says they will deliver in a day or 2 but I haven't received anything as yet, I went to Mokopane store the gentleman there tried ro take aways that sale from them unfortunately he's blocked and can on view the laybye,they cancelled rhe order and rexreated it,and send a mesage that they will deliver in a day or 2, it is really annoying that I had ro go through this because someone didn't do their job.
