Irate customer

The store manager is so rude and unapologetic about it. His behaviour is disgusting to say the least. We went to cancel a laybuy due to changes in our financial affairs. We explained why we couldn't afford to continue with the payments. He was shouting at us, ran short of cursing. I will never in my entire life buy anything from that shop even when my finances are sorted. I actually feel sorry for people like him, he needs anger management and customer care training because he is clearly clueless.
