insurance claim rejected by jdg insurance

<p>I have a furniture from morkels when taking the insurance I did specify that iam an contract unfortunately I have receive a letter that my contract won't be renewed I then went to Ermelo branch to claim they were very helpful and helped me unfortunately it was rejected refer to the sms below</p> <p>"Dear Claimant, your insurance claim was rejected because Not an early termination of work contract Ref No FLO-160531-RBW. <br />Any query please call 010<span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">*** JDG Insurance" </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">now I don't understand why they were deducting insurance while they know iam on contract I never hide that information?
