Informational enquiry

I called bradlows maponya mall i was tranfered to inder who refused to give me his surname so m not sure if that is his real name because he even droped my call before assisting he had a very rude tone n had to patience and emphathy towards my query , i was a very loyal customer to paid her instalments in full on time and unfortunately had a break in ,in my house and i neede my television details to open up a case i was just told they cant help me and refused to listen what i had to say, i will never ever buy anything from them n will make sure no one i know goes to that filthy service shop.
