incorrect billing

https://www.bradlows.co.za/aboutus/ above is a link to bradlows funiture store, i am not happy at all.. when i opened my account with bradlows My intalment was R 2085.00 i then emailed them my policy documents for them to cede my loan with them then my monthly instalment went down to R 1777.00 no all of a sudden my instalments are R 2085.00 when i spoke to the call centre they keep sending me to JD financials on which i cannot get the answer. S o i do not have money to just pay for fun, bradlows did not even communicate with me why my monthly nstalment will go high i just saw by debit order debiting R 2085.00 i am as confused as hell and i would like to understand why.. customer number ********** 579 my number 076248****
