INCOMPLETE GOOD DELIVEREd

I made a cash purchase at Morkels atteredgville worth of R14000 on 4April I bought a five piece bedroom suite and twin beds as well as new mattresses for the beds. They came and delivered on 8April, as I work during the day and only my sister is at home during the day when they came to deliver the goods,They didn't assemble the furniture whoever the drivers were just left everything in the front room. On the 14th I got someone to help me to assemble the goods as I'm a woman and the furniture is heavy we came across that the main mirror of the 5piece only has the middle mirror and doesn't have those sides so I assumed it was probably folded to the back as this is the main mirror, they only delivered the middle piece and the side pieces aren't there. I lodged a complaint with the store and to date nobody has come and sorted out that half mirror. Ticket Nr MO-Regal -***. I sent an email on their customer site on 17April and to date nobody has called and to date the matter is still not sorted out,I went to the store on 25April and promised to sort it out tuesday, till today I'm still waiting. I want them to sort out this mess or refund me my money back. Blady ******
