I was promised a refund almost 3 weeks ago. In the last 3 weeks i called the manager a dozen times and even visited to store to get more feedback. The manager ALWAYS say he will call me but he never does. I need my refund ASAP so i can buy another lounge set. It seems to me like the manager is doing this to me on purpose. This is the first time i had to deal with a manger who is so far from doing his job. If the manager don't want to assist me then please provide me with someone who will help and who will do the refund correctly. When the manager needed my documentation to process the refund i gave him all the stuff immediately but now when its time to do their part then there is no service.
