*********** management. False advertising. Bad quality product.

Absolutely disgusted!!! I bought a "leather" lounge suite that started fading after a few months. I then complained after numerous fights they replaced it with a new one. Few months and it started doing the same. I insisted to get my money back as I wasn't prepared to pay that much for a lounge suite that is clearly not of the standard it was advertised. Again had numerous fights, they gave only a part of my money back. Never my deposit. They refused. Management at the time told me that they will sort it out. They never followed up and I stopped phoning after a few weeks. Now new management took over. The lady phoned me and spoke to me in a VERY unprofessional tone!!!! I politely explained the situation. A few hours later another lady phoned me and also became rude, and started to threaten me. But still refused to give back my deposit of R5000 I am not happy!!! I am disgusted by the way I was spoken to by new management!!!!! And the way they deal with this situation.
