Improper inspection before delivery to customer. Order incomplete

Delivery of sofa without a sitter I have received a call from Bradlows, and I am still dissatisfied with the service. The individual who is attempting to assist me has been conversing with the courier regarding the reason for the incomplete order that was left. The customer service representative stated that the manufacturer/supplier is responsible for the error, not Bradlows. The manufacturer/supplier will determine whether they have sufficient stock to exchange the item or if they will notify Bradlows to exchange it from the stock that was supp**** to Bradlows.

As a customer, I purchased this item from Bradlows, not the alleged unknown supplier, and I am now being told off. Bradlows is required to notify consumers of these unnecessary processes in advance. This demonstrates that Bradlow's internal processes are not in order for the final inspection, and Bradlows must account for this not the supplier / manufacture. The invoice stipulate Bradlows not supplier or manufacture

The customer service representative informs me that I may receive the entire exchange order within two weeks. What is this? The incomplete order is still sealed and occupying my home.

If the exchange is not done this week, can Bradlows refund me. Very disappointing as a loyal Bradlows customer for years
