I’m never buying from bradlows ever!

Im so disappointed with this furniture shop. I bought the lounge suite and it broke within a month,so I returned them. So I wanted my money back as I ddn want anything to do with bradlows they said no I cant take the money I rather have them exchanged. I then topped up with 6k for another type cz I ddn want the same type anymore. The shop arranged for the warehouse to come get the couches so now they saying that those ones hv been repaired and they asking me to accept them back then I will call them to come and take them back to the shop. I refused to take them back and told michelle (Manager) to give me the ones I have already paid for the second time! She said no, If I dnt take this one from the warehouse then shecannot help me. Here I am with no couches since December when I had actually bought couches in November on Cash!!!
