Ill treat by store manager

Hello Peter, I'm Zanele Mavimbela from Vryheid. I've bought a bed at Bradlows Vryheid church street. Problem started when i came to collect my bed, the Manager refuses to give me a bed telling there's no bed and i must get out of her "SHOP", even the car I've hired is gone and I'm stuck in store. I want pose a complaint about this ill treat by store mnager Leann.
