Ignoring my request
I texted and spoke to Joseph this week requesting all the particulars and people involved who assisted my mom and gave her the run around with there empty promises and bad customer service, he hasn't furnished me with these details as the people at the newspapers are requesting all the information, now Joseph is playing dodge ball, yet the store was quick to accept my mom's money.
